Seasons Greetings!
Have you all finished your Christmas shopping? I have one last person to buy for and then I am done! As much as I love Christmas and wrapping, etc, I am glad when I can put away all the ribbons and trimmings and paper and get my dining room looking back to normal! Anyone with me on this one?
I walked into the spare bedroom where I have my Ever After High dolls displayed and found the most amazing sight. The sun was shining right on the glitz and glamour of the Thronecoming line. After weeks of rain and snow, this was a very refreshing sight! I tried to capture it as much as I could.
Blondie and Cupid shimmer
It was really Cupid that caught my eye first. How her dress sparkles!
Raven and Apple share in the sunshine
And Briar basks as well
Of course, others had to come join as well. Like the most beautiful Darling
And Ginger
And Duchess
This was so fun. Just had to share!
Also, a few weeks ago I was feeling very unenthusiastic about Holly's hair. As the daughter of Rapunzel, you've got to have killer hair right? Well, it was a little frizzy for my taste so she got a nice boil dip. What do you think?
Here is the before picture way back when I got her.
After the dip it's so sleek and shiny! Only thing is I'm having trouble getting her little crown to stay on so be thinking of that if you haven't taken the rubber band off her crown yet.
Holly and Poppy show off their new styles! (If you remember a few posts ago, I gave Poppy a hair wash to get the gel gunk out.)
Well, that's all for today. I have another post ready to go and it will be popping up Wednesday morning. See you then!

After My Heart
Well, here it is. I am going to go bankrupt. I wanted to share some new Ever After High lines. They are seriously stealing my heart!
Remember "Just Sweet" Blondie Lockes? Well, I was incorrect in that post. There is not a "Just Sweet" line. The correct term is "Sugar Coated." And it comes with a new Holly O'Hair, Cedar Wood, and Madeline Hatter.
LOVE. And the shoes. Oh my goodness. They come with accessory treats.
The oven mitt! I can't even.....
Cedar has a....I can't tell what it is. Anyone know?
Maddie. Super cute with her frosting dispenser!
I love these. They are so cute. And it's about time we got a new Maddie! I wasn't too impressed with the Mirror Beach dolls.
Also, Ginger Breadhouse has her Bakery Class playset. How cute is this! The bench is those wafers and gingerbread men chair! So adorable.
Okay! So we have the Sugar Coated line. But this line I want even more.
Get ready for the dolls of.....Way Too Wonderland!
Oh my goodness. lovelovelovelovelovelovelove
Apple White. Check that bow in her hair. And that DRESS!!!
Madeline Hatter. I love the hat. So fitting!
Kitty Cheshire. Okay, this has got to be the most creative thing ever. The clock hanging off the tail? The fur around the neck? And the yellow color? Simply amazing!
Now for the best one of all. Lizzie Hearts! Check out that collar! And the swan in the crown? SO SO SO AWESOME.
FRIENDS. I am going to go broke. However I do love the Way Too Wonderland line better than the Sugar Coated line.
Remember what I said in the beginning of my Ever After High collecting? I fell in love with Ashlynn Ella and found her on a super sale at Target so I bought her. It was just going to be her. Then it expanded into the basic first wave dolls. Then you know i'm a sucker for ball gowns so I had to get the Thronecoming line. And I just LOVE the Wonderlandians so now I have another line to get. Gah! But what can I say. I just collect what I love and that's the fun of it right?
And while I was searching for pictures I found this and I could not stop laughing.
Monster High Freak du Chic Gooliope Jellington.
Gooliope? That's hilarious! I guess she's the daughter of The Blob? I love the radioactive symbols in her eyes!
What do you think of these two lines? And if you collect Monster High, thinking of getting Gooliope Jellington? Love her, hate her? Let me know in the comments!
Until next time!

The Group! and a Project! and some Monster High!
Greetings!
I have been busy! (what's new right?) Last weekend after I photographed Apple, I realized I needed to rearrange my EAH shelf. I couldn't see Raven, Maddie, or Cerise as they were in the back. So, there was no better time than the present for a photo shoot!
The group!
Aren't they just the cutest? Apple, Briar, Raven, Madeline
Maddie, Ashlynn & Hunter, Cupid, Blondie
Blondie, Cedar, Cerise, Dexter
Cedar, Cerise, Dexter, Holly & Poppy
I love them ALL!
I also took pictures of their fabulous storybook boxes. I have never had one box not stay together after I took out the doll. I feel that these boxes have been designed well so they would hold their shape.
I did have a picture of the entire row of them but accidentally deleted the photos from my SD card. Boo! Just pretend these two photos are together. :)
Do you know your Royals and Rebels? Here's the list!
Royals:
Apple White
Briar Beauty
Ashlynn Ella
Blondie Lockes
Dexter Charming
Holly O'Hair
Mattel has also announced three new Royals that will be making their debut soon! And I can NOT wait!
Hopper Croakington II
Duchess Swan
Daring Charming
How exciting is that!
Rebels:
Raven Queen
Madeline Hatter
Hunter Huntsman
C.A. Cupid
Cedar Wood
Cerise Hood
Poppy O'Hair
Mattel has also announced there will be a new Rebel to join the line! I think i'm more excited for this one than any of the royals coming out.
Kitty Cheshire
How cute will she be with her curly pigtails? She will be a hit.
There is also one doll that I am holding off on for a bit. Tell you why in a sec.
The most beautiful Lizzie Hearts who falls into the Ever After High Royals.
I LOVE her.
Lizzie is our second shorter doll, sized the same height as Maddie. I have not seen her in person yet but from these photos, she looks fabulous.
Why have I not snatched her up yet? Because I'm entering a contest. This brings me to my project!
The Ever After High Dolls page on Facebook is having a comic contest! And if I come in third place, I could win her!
The first and second place prizes? Cerise Wolf or Manny Taur and Iris Clops, the exclusive EAH and MH dolls sold at SDCC. Wow! She also throws in some other SDCC MH and EAH goodies as well. Now that's awesome!
Her contest is making a comic starring an EAH character. Pictures can either be done with photographs or hand drawn which allows those who have NO artistic drawing talent to enter!
I'm starting on my project today while the hubs is out and about. I asked him to help me come up with a story but you can see how well that went...... ;) I've got an idea though. I hope it's enough to win!
My story features the fabulous....Raven Queen!
I also went shopping yesterday to pick up some baby things and needed to buy one MH dress as a prop for my comic. Do you know that they have NO MH fashion packs in stores anymore? I figured maybe I could pick up a doll if the price was cheap enough and I liked the dress. No dice. But I did find a doll that I liked. I don't know. Maybe I'll get her.
Monster High Freaky Fusion Dracubecca
Dracubecca is a fusion of...you guessed it. Draculara and Robecca Steam. Cute no?
To be honest, I found all of these freaky fusion dolls super cute. I would have been tempted to buy if they were not $20.99 USD. They'll come down I'm sure.
Cleolei - Fusion of Cleo de Nile and Toralei
Lagoonafire - Fusion of Lagoona Blue and Jinafire Long (this one really gets me, cute!)
Clawvenus - Fusion of Clawdeen Wolf and Venus McFlytrap (The earrings! I can't even.....)
These Freaky Fusions are different from the hybrids that came out previously: Avea Trotter, Bonita Femur, and Sirena von Boo. I love these mashes of characters. Awesome!
I will post up my comic as soon as the contest is over, September 12. I better get to work!
Until then I'll have more Barbie posts coming up soon!
Let me know in the comments:
*Excited about the new EAH royals and rebels?
*Have any MH Freaky Fusion? Love or don't love them?
*Any EAH you plan to get in the future? (For me it's Thronecoming!!)
Until next time friends!

Happily Ever After part 5
Well, this could really be Happily Ever After parts 5 & 6!
I begged the hubby to let me dip into my July spending early because these dolls were just released and they were selling fast! Now they are not selling as well anymore and I could have received free shipping! :(
However, they are in my possession and I only paid $20.50 for each doll. Other dolls are priced at $21.99 or I can get them on sale at Target for $19.99. So I didn't do too bad.
I present to you in my latest Ever After High doll collection.....
Sweet Sisters Holly O'Hair and Poppy O'Hair
Aren't they adorable? I love how they posed them. They really are the sweetest sisters.
However Mattel made a HUGE flub on the box.
Take out one of your Ever After High Boxes and look at the back. On the lower left hand corner they always show two royals and list them with a crown. Then two Rebels and list them with a heart. Notice anything strange about this view of Royals and Rebels?
Raven Queen? Royal? oops!
Anywho....
Love these girls.
Let's start with Holly. She is the first twin, older by a "hair" so she took on the role of being the next Rapunzel. And she is perfectly happy and excited to take on the role so she fits in the royals side.
I can't even get over the hairbrush earrings. How adorable.
She wears a beautiful outfit befitting for a princess.
She comes with the standard two-finger ring. Anyone tell what it is? I can't...
Holly has the longest hair yet in an Ever After High doll. However, I personally would have loved to see hair that touched the floor. I will say that her hair took a bit of a brush to get some of the snarls out of it. It was caught under some of the bands and tags that held her in the box. But you can't argue with the beautiful red color.
THE SHOES! Both sisters have wonderful taste in shoes!
Since Holly has spent her entire life in the tower (practicing) she has to have shoes that show where she loves to spend her time.
OMG! The detail is fabulous in these!
Now for her twin sister Poppy. Poppy was born just seconds after Holly (or was she?) Anyway.... :) Since she is theolder younger sister, she gets to choose her own happily ever after and fits in with the rebels.
Poppy is a fabulous hairdresser and where as her sister has to keep her hair long, she likes to cut and experiment with new styles and colors as shown by her hair. But I do have wonder what is Mattel's reasoning for making Poppy's hair "Holiday Barbie Hard." Second doll with this hair and I almost wonder if it really doesn't keep that shape with soft hair. I also had to do a little fixing up to her hair. I had to cut some straggly ends and pick out some gel clumps. While Poppy does everyone elses hair, I will fit the role of being HER hairdresser. :) But it's an awful cute color scheme though!
She loves everything about hairstyling. Right down to her dress with scissors on it. She also has a profound love for scarves. She is wearing a plastic one with three snaps on the back. It took a little adjusting when I got her out of the box.
She carries a bag full of styling tools. She will be ready at the right moment whenever anyone is having a bad hair day!
AND...I did not know that they come out. Yay for tiny accessories!
THE SHOES! Her love for hairsyling shows through in her footwear. A pair of scissors on the heel!
She has leggings that match well with her hot pink boots.
Mattel? I wear a size 9. K thanks. ;)
So, here is the Ever After High Shelf! (Shared with some of my fav Barbies too.) And I admit, I love Ashlynn's shoes the best. Again, Mattel? Size 9 :)
Yes....I do have more coming! I can't help it! :) Stay tuned for the newest additions!
